Attempts to compel Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/148/149/427 Qatil Ahmed bail will require deep appreciation of the evidence on the refusal of the aggravating points by the accused's lawyer, which was bail. Based on a provisional review of the evidence not available at the stage of the investigation, it was found that the accused was directly accused of an incident in which three people lost their lives. Some 128 properties were recovered from the scene, both suspected vehicles were found shotgunners, initially not entitled to guaranteed concession, the full challan was presented in court and the trial court against the accused persons. The accused was charged, and was ordered to finish the trial within six months.
