R29 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Bids were invited to review the market price and supply of buses formed after the bidders' sales service, submitted by the Bidder by Engineering University. The technical evaluation of the buses engine denies the applicant's lowest bid. On the basis of the reports submitted by such committee and the University of Engineering, the applicant's request to accept the tender and to give the contract to the defendant for the supply of buses was not reported to him for written reasons for rejecting his bid. It was reported that such reports were given after review. Reasonable reasons for rejecting the applicant's lowest bid and accepting the bid of the defendant authority complied with the principles of natural justice. The applicant did not reject the technician's affidavit, therefore, his accuracy cannot be disputed. n missed the constitutional request
