Section 302 (6) / 34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) appeals against Qatiel MM Brett, contradicting medical evidence, contradicting the evidence of contamination. The highly suspicious torch in which the complainant and other eyewitnesses allegedly identified the accused was not immediately presented to the police, but only a short time after the High Court-approved ten days after the incident. The order was finalized by the Supreme Court, as the High Court Judge had left to become a judge of this court before recording the reasons for the fate of the accused in this case. The complainant was denied.
