Article 54 The State Bank of Pakistan Staff Regulations, 1999 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) illegal orders does not permit the applicant to resign, after resigning employees after resigning them. But the service tribunal allowed the appeal and allowed him to withdraw his resignation. The validity rules enacted by the Central Board of Directors did not require government approval, so the State Bank of Pakistan Regulations, 1999 could be termed as internal guidelines or domestic rules that have no status. Under the legal rules / regulations, the case of employees falls into the category of cases which result in the action and decision rendered by the service tribunal is also reversed, hence, appeal and appeal of the service tribunal. The hearing was suspended. Re-authorized forum petitions were dealt with accordingly to allow employees to avail themselves of treatment available for up to 90 days.
