The Department's appeal for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court was stayed for two days for which the department filed a petition under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1908, to delay the petition. Read the Court Rules, 1980 with the OXIII. In the absence of good reason for justifying the delay within the parameters of the law of law, there can be no delay. There is no question of public law involved in this matter. Under the consideration of Article 1212 (3) of the Constitution, there was no issue of leave approval for appeal.
