The first and second separate list of seniority of the Graduate Supervisors was prepared on BPS 11 respectively 1 1 2006 and 1 1 2007 in which the applicant's name was displayed on serial number 3, created by someone on 179 2007. Applicant's name on the revised list of serial numbers below serial number 13, as in: It is listed on the previous seniority list, 1 1 2007 accuracy notification date, 11 8 2000 issued under the R3 (2) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Exchange) Rules 1974, BPS 17 Was intended to set quotas for and did not intend to determine or affect the interoperability of unit supervisors. The date of his regular appointment shall be considered under Section 8 (4) of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and R10 (1) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment Promotion and Exchange) Rules, 1974.
