TARIQ AZIZ versus MUHAMMAD IRSHAD

Applicant's complaint on the Presiding Officer's signature was that by adding such ballot papers in the count, the respondents were declared retired candidates, the presidential officer's official marks were valid votes and Were properly placed, which led to the declaration of the respondents' top candidates in the Supreme Court. Refused to take any exception to the findings and reached a conclusion by the High Court, which confirmed the departure for the Election Tribunal appeal.
