ABDUL ZAHIR versus JAFFAR KHAN

Sections 13, 2 (c) and 2 (i) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Landlord and Tenant, the leave of appeal was approved by the Supreme Court, to be reviewed. In view of the fact that the tenant had purchased the share of one of the landlords (co-owner of the disputed property), the action initiated against them by a partner (landlord) was against him.
