PURDIL KHAN versus AZIZ-UR-REHMAN

Section 13 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Instead of referring to the Supreme Court for approval of the ban on the termination of Sec-5 merchants, preferred the review of the High Court Approved Order, which was also revoked. This was because the time limit for appeal against the decision was imposed and the Supreme Court refused to delay, if the appeal against the original order was not sustained then no relief could be obtained. The order passed in the review process should be given by inspection. The appeal was dismissed by the Supreme Court
