After obtaining an almost ailed full term of the employee, the employee withdrew his retirement bank option but the employees were not allowed to withdraw the retirement option, but under the constitutional jurisdiction the High Court directed the bank to retire. To be withdrawn, the employer received leave preparation for retirement approximately 36 5 36 days a day.
