OIL AND GAS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY versus NAZAR HUSSAIN
Section 5 Oil and Gas Development Corporation (Reorganization) Ordinance (XXVIII of 2001), Section 5 Oil and Gas Development Corporation Service Regulations, 1994 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 Government Employment Employing Oil and Gas Corporation Respondents were dismissed under the provisions of the Service (Special Powers) Ordinance 2000, but were restored to service by the Service Tribunal. The demand raised by the authorities was that jurisdiction was not exercised by the service tribunal as the corporation was not governed by law. The rules are governed by the Oil and Gas Development Company's legitimate employees under the Service Regulations enacted in 1994, unless they are diversified and amended or canceled because the matter may be the principal suspect who allegedly shared the pipes. Were transported, they were reinstated. Authorities who were unable to pinpoint the economic loss by alleged company pipes were recovered and restored to the company. The Supreme Court refused to interfere with the service tribunal's decision because Article 212 of the Constitution did not raise any question regarding the law of public importance; authorities failed to identify any illegal interference.
