Sections 3, 5, 6, 7 and 10 of the Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973) Appellant was dismissed from employment after issuing notices and after inquiry against him on charges of negligence, negligence and ineligibility. There was negligence of contribution against the defendant and neither the deliberate / negligent appellant nor the defendant's NIC fell on occasion due to such resistance. And according to the NIC, on the basis of identity, the FIR was filed. Impressive order of dismissal of employment was set aside.
