30, 33, 36 and 258 (20) Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional proceedings which were dismissed from training and service against the applicant on the charge of theft were initiated and dismissed from the training and due cause. Appropriate treatment of the applicants was available to applicants under the Rule 36 of the Navy, 1961, under which, if the applicant was not satisfied, he would be referred to the next higher authority, the Chief of Naval Staff, and finally to the Federal Government. Had the highest rating, the record indicated that the applicant wrote the application to the Chief of Naval Staff. Requested that they request a review of their case, the Naval authorities were directed by the High Court to determine whether the applicant's request was provoked by the Applicants' decision by the Navy authorities. It was not reported within 30 days, the applicant may appeal to the federal government through the Chief, as per the order of the Navy staff.
