On grounds that were canceled there was a dispute of applicants. That the authorities should remember the orders issued by the Provincial Government and the Principal, Training College, and that they would be allowed to continue training for the Tepiders course when the petition under question was dismissed for the bribes. Was not rejected but, therefore, the order passed in the previous petition did not work as a judiciary because the applicant's claim gave the new lease of life under question. Was thus not stopped by Race Judsta and the Lathes High Court directed the authorities to apply. Permission to complete the training course was permitted under the circumstances under which they were selected for the training application.
