The High Court observed that, under the section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 489 F & 420, dishonestly issuing checks, fraud guarantees, testifying during investigations under Section 161, CR PC, the High Court observed. False checks are on the rise these days and people are suffering from problems / harassment and their business due to the good of false checks; Such a trend had to be dealt with by the hands. The case was investigated and pending trial, the accused, under the circumstances, denied bail.
