Section 14 (3) Orders for Renting Orders (XVII 1979), Sections 13 and 15 (3) (4) Civil Procedure Code (V 1908), and XXXIX, Rr 1 and 2 Specific Relief Act (I of 1877) , Sections 42 & 54 of 54 for a permanent injunction seeking the protection of their tenants in a disputed building found by the Karachi Building Control Authority which requires immediate demolition of Building Control. Temporarily order a restraining order to prevent the authority from demolishing the controversial building. Building Control Authority consisting of members of the Pakistan Engineering Council, Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners, the Technical Committee's Committee on Hazardous Buildings, in its report, declared the entire building in a dilapidated and destructive condition as "dangerous". Which was nominated by the Pakistan Engineering Council. In the final it was recommended to comply with a court order passed with the consent of the parties. The report of the demolition of such a dangerous building was confirmed by the final report of the structural engineer in such report by the technical committee parties. Related questions were not raised The process of eliminating the controversial building had begun long ago, which could not be completed due to non-cooperation of the tenants in the vacant building. The building owner's written statement does not disclose whether to sell the plot or demolish the new building on the demolition of the Building Authority, under the powers of section 14 (3) of the Sindh Buildings Control Authority Ordinance 1979.
