Four persons were nominated in the FIR in the principle of consistency in the granting of a delay in the end of a further investigation case, section 497 of the Criminal Procedure Code (XLV of 1860), section 302/34, to be armed with hatches. And four of the accused were injured, one of the co-accused, the bail of four was granted and the other was released by the police, the accused recorded his statement under Section 164, CR PC. 'S story was different from the FIR version, otherwise three years and three months had passed but the trial could not proceed. Impact The High Court found it unfair to hold the suspects behind bars for an indefinite period of time, and a speedy trial is the right of every citizen.
