Section 497 (2) Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), section 324/364/302/34 attempt to commit murder convictions, kidnapping for murder, murder conviction, grant of version in FIR and statement of complainant in court. I was the transgender, who had complained about the prosecution case, demanding further inquiry under section 497 (2), the CCP trial court in a previous bail plea directed by the High Court, hearing the case for four months. Didn't finish inside. The accused, and to date only the complainant was investigated, was not charged with delaying the trial. The trial was in serious trouble, with the trial going on for the last eight years. The accused was admitted on bail under the circumstances.
