Can be filed to dispose of or the plaintiff asked for the document to be canceled but the court could not pass any order canceling the document which does not exist. The specific document is mentioned in the plaintiff either or the prayers made in the plaintiff had no alliance with the plaintiff's pursuant to the provisions of the prayer were not in accordance with the suit. n
