MUHAMMAD RAEES versus PROVINCE OF SINDH THROUGH SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND TOWN PLANNING

Article 199 Constitutional petition filed by the claimants in respect of the property was directed against the authorities to confiscate the possession of the related property claimed by them. Counsel for the authorities had rightly pointed out that the applicants had specifically mentioned in their petition that the order of confiscation had been issued. Applicants in favor of the original allottees also requested that they acquire this property from the third consecutive owners; in view of such admission of the applicants, they proceeded to obtain a relief front from the applicants. Cannot come, if they have any title or title. In the property, relief can be claimed under the Unlawful Disposition Act, 2005 or any other law that is available to them.
