Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Law Reform Ordinance (XII of 1972), Section 3 Intra-Court of Appeals Civil Service House Rent Allowance Intelligence Service Tribunal, Appellant's Husband Decided to Serve as Professor at the University of Agriculture, Residential Area I was allotted the house. The University, while serving as Assistant Professor at Appellant Government College and drawing a house rent allowance, was directed by the appellant to collect the house rent allowance and further payment was withheld by the appellant. The dispute was decided by the Federal Service Tribunal. The year 1986, according to which the appellant was authorized to receive a house rent allowance, the federal government did not challenge the decision of the Federal Service Tribunal and in the present case, ordered the service and tribunal to be executed.
