Presented a sale contract to the courts under the sale agreement, because of the unregistered document, no title was created in favor of the tenant; the applicant was the tenant under the predecessor in the interest of the respondents and the foregoing. After the death of, he had legalized the respondents' tenancy in the process of law, therefore, the relationship between the landlord and the tenant was between the parties to the rent tribunal where the landlord and the tenant maintained the relationship. That is, the courts approved and the constitutional order dismissing the cause was rejected. n
