Earlier, while excluding the respondents' pleas filed under Section 265 by the Section 3 Trial Court, the CCP specifically observed that recording of the evidence was necessary in this case, but it later submitted a copy of the evidence. On the second plea filed without recording the piece, the accused acquitted. Through the accused under section 265, the trial court under the trial order under the PC held that it was based on a misunderstanding of law and facts and was totally against the previous order, resulting in the accused. The disputed order of acquittal was set aside and the trial court was directed to continue the trial and finalize the same after recording the evidence of both parties, according to which the request for review was made. Accepted, however, if at any stage thereafter attracted to the delivery of Section 265K, the CCP, the trial court, Can act strictly according to law without prejudice to the lunatics
