MUHAMMAD AKHTAR versus DIRECTOR-GENERAL ANTI-CORRUPTION
Sections 420, 424, 468 and 471 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petitions Fraud, fraud, fraud and tampering with records was the complaint filed by the applicants against the defendants / police officers. Failure to file an applicant In order to resolve the applicant's complaint, the police officer was instructed to provide the applicant an opportunity to be heard and then pass an appropriate order from which the police officer would go into the details of the case. The results of the order registered by the police officer did not conclude that the applicant was denied the right to inherit from his Shariah rights, but only his opinion was, and correctly, so as to commence the civil action. During the absence of any credible evidence, there was a criminal case. The police added that the applicant should wait for the results of the civil pro. All the allegations that were properly dealt with by the police officer were also suggested against each of the defendants. Submitted that it allegedly tampered with the investigation record, the anonymous order did not demand any interference from the High Court Petition. Dismiss
