The definition of Section 9 (c) drug possession and the smuggling evidence, during the investigation of the benefit of the suspect, was affected by the fact that the alleged charisma was recovered from the possession of the accused, in fact it was another person and the accused was merely a carrier whose Rent was charged for transportation. Seventeen packets of four-layer camel were reportedly recovered from the possession of the accused, but only 10 grams of chemicals were isolated from the packets for analysis by all chemicals, as in all packets. The hashish was not separated for analysis. It is not known if a copy was made of all the packets containing the marijuana report of the Chemical Examiner on record, which was contrary to the mandatory provisions of section 510; CCPC prosecution examined the chemical examiner as a witness. Chemical Examiner's report did not prove.
