MST. MUSARRAT ANDLEEB versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE, ALIPUR, DISTRICT MUZAFFARGARH
Sections 2 (d), 5 and Serial 8, Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan filed for the writings of the petitioner, recovery of word party quotation claimant, recovery of dowry articles against the relatives of her deceased husband after the death of her husband. The following courts dismissed the case filed by the plaintiff on the ground that such a case only exists between spouses. Validity is a very broad concept of the Word Party and is not necessarily limited to spouses and includes anyone who is under consideration by the Family Court. Required for a proper dispute resolution and which the Family Court may include as a party to the dispute, a case for any matter under the Schedule to West Pakistan Family Courts Act, 1964, filed by the Family Court. Can be submitted for recovery. The schedule was available on serial number 8 of the West Pakistan Family Courts Act, 1964, the Family Court had the power to sue. The High Court, in exercising its constitutional jurisdiction, decided the following two courts. The decisions and orders passed by were set aside and the case was remanded to the Family Court.
