Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 496A, 511, 427, 337 F (i), 337 L (2), 337 H (2) and 324 Woman with criminal intent Or detention, corruption, harassment, injury to any person, speedy or negligent acts and attempt to commit the murder case, further investigation of the accused was not named in the FLR. No special role was designated and only an ineffective fire was charged against him in connection with the copying of the bride in a supplementary statement. In a private complaint by the complainant's daughter alleging marriage against the accused, the copy of the documents filed against her and her trial was sufficient to prove that the accused was unknown to the complainant. That, in such a background, not to mention his name in the FIR, was sufficient to include his case in further investigations, as was considered under section 497 (2), in the FCR. The accused were declared innocent by the police. And in this case, after the application of sections 496A / 511 and 324, the PPC case can be settled by trial court when the accused was admitted on bail.
