The reason was given. That the lawyers' strike could not be prosecuted on some dates, despite the availability of prosecution witnesses, and the trial of the accused parties was postponed by a lawyer, in cases, to delay the trial. Cannot be held liable. The accused had been behind bars for the past two years and five months, every accused had the right to settle the criminal case immediately and no one could be detained for it. The defendant was admitted on bail for a special period, especially when he was not responsible for the delay in the end of the trial.
