Article 5 and Schedule of the Constitution of Pakistan, the Constitutional Appeal Trial Court ruled that the case for dissolution of marriage on the basis of khula was filed after which the plaintiff filed a case for dowry articles and Dover money, but the trial court awarded Dover. Court dismisses case for appeal of money Is obligated to reimburse all benefits. Case was dismissed for Dover's money The plaintiff did not challenge the decree for the termination of the marriage nor claimed the return of agricultural land given to him by Dover in the case of termination of marriage at the time of marriage. The plaintiff cannot claim the return of the aforesaid agrarian interim final land, cannot be amended in any other / subsequent suit for Rico Constitutional petition, being powerless, was rejected
