Section 13 Mayani Sahib Cemetery Ordinance (XLIV of 1962), Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Colony Department alleged that the land sold to the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is alleged to belong to the Mayani Sahib Cemetery. The claim that the suit was transferred to the land is located in the Chobarjee Housing Scheme established by the LDA, and was not part of the land containing the report of the legitimate demarcation of Miani Sahib Cemetery. Developed by the Board of Revenue, did not disclose that the suit claimed by the defendants was a land Allotment of part of the Maani Sahib Cemetery or similar outdoor land for the cemetery dispute between the parties was to determine only the boundaries of their property and to ascertain whether the defendant had exceeded the land belonging to the cemetery.
