Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Articles 420/467/468/471 Corruption Prevention Act (II of 1947), Section 5 (2) of fraud, fraud, forgery, and illegal release. Used as a bail, no special charges were laid against the accused for further investigation of the bail, which did not resemble the suspect's handwriting on the application, which was forged by the author. Nor did he take advantage of the fact that he was likely to be released from the alleged fraud, it appears that the suspect was admitted on bail on further investigation, under the circumstances.
