MUHAMMAD AZAM versus STATE

Attempting to commit Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 324/334/109/148/149 murder trial, the defendant's refusal fired a gun at the victim's right thigh that led to his entry and An external injury was reported. Due to injuries sustained by the Medco Legal Report, the victim's right foot was amputated as a result of Section 343434, the PPC was also included in the FIR that resulted in the injury attributable to the accused.
