Approved On the basis of such default by the Appellate Tribunal through the Rent Tribunal, before filing a request to exclude the default validity in payment of rent or to pass an order under section 24 of the Punjab Rated Premises Ordinance, 2007 , Which was the same default as in the previous case. Proving through evidence, while in the latter case, the record of proceedings also proves that in both cases the tenant can be ordered to be evicted / to make a default by default. Not being aware of the technicalities of the intention, due to intentional, accidental or out-of-control compulsion in paying the rent by being fully aware of the intention, intentionality, and consequences thereof. Orders cannot be easily misunderstood.
