The complainant, the complainant could not name them in the FIR, the same day the investigating officer recorded the statements of the prosecution witnesses by the investigating officer at the inspection of the location because the witnesses did not record. The statements made earlier were preliminary and the first version of the witnesses presented to the investigating officer on the first available occasion, the victim's father specifically mentioned the property dispute because bail was denied in the crime case.
