Confirming the accused's plea and generally making the allegations did not necessarily mean that he was guilty, evidence of five prosecution witnesses was recorded. Nor was the piece of evidence discussed in the order passed by the trial court, nor did the accused in his plea mention any benefits that could not be obtained from the evidence of the witnesses. The evidence was attached to the request for investigation. In the order of the High Court, the trial court rejected the application under section 265 K, CR PC, in which any unlawful interference, misleading or any arbitrary high court had made the section 265 K, CR PC petition. Denied the application under the trial court's order refusing to interfere.
