Sections 6, 7, 8, 9 (c), 14, 15 and 16 of the Criminal Code (v. 1898), the principal petitioner of section 516, was the owner of a superdy vehicle registered with which the drug was recovered, before any other person. The applicant was not claimed to be in possession or possession of the vehicle in this case and he had taken the matter to the relevant vehicle before the court and if required to do so with the Investigation Agency. It was not permissible to act or take possession. Supreme Court directs not to be treated as a property in the case of the vehicle and the same was handed over to the applicant's appeal.
