AKHTAR ZAMAN KHAN versus STATE

Section 156 (1) (14) (14A) and (77) of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) bail, denied the High Court while referring to various aspects of the case reached a temporary view that sufficient material was available. A challan was put on record to link the applicant to the commission of the crime and the case was under trial. The High Court had earlier directed the trial court to terminate the trial within a period of six months. No view can be taken against it by the High Court.
