Sections 302 (b), 324 / 337a (II) / 337l (2) / 148/149 murder, attempted murder of Emad, Shuja and Modiah, evidence of casualties and rioting with deadly weapons. Cannot be prosecuted because it was never determined that because of the actual injury suffered by the injured suspect, the Supreme Court had tried and convicted the accused by the courts below. Was sentenced and acquitted of the charge.
