Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 1212 (3) Prior to the jurisdiction of the Appeal, the service tribunal rejected the appeal on the basis of the sanctions presented by the civil servant that the revision application was preferred under it. Was given, which resulted in some delays. This justification was ignored by the public servant, in the fact that there was no provision for review and no review should be filed. The departmental appeal filed by the public servant was withheld from time to time. Accordingly the preferred appeal could not be placed within the time before the service tribunal. The Service Tribunal examined the extent of the question in accordance with law and no illegal or irregularity could be identified in the order approved by the Service Tribunal for leave to appeal.
