REGISTRAR, LAHORE HIGH COURT, LAHORE versus MALIK RIAZ AHMAD KHOKHAR

Article 212 (3) Termination of Negative Remarks in the ACR Service Tribunal in the Civil Service stated that the negative remarks in his ACR against the defendant were set aside in the inquiry after the service tribunal closed the record. Facts were discovered against the authorities. By exercising the powers under Article 212 (3) of the Constitution, the court had no jurisdiction to change its search to a tribunal, unless the lawyer for other authorities raised any specific question about the law of public importance. Were unsuccessful as contemplated under Article 1212. 3) The application for leave to appeal was dismissed
