Section 2 (c), 3, 9 and 10 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 1212 (3) was replaced by the employment of compulsory retirement. On 20 7 2005, the Appeal was filed in the Service Tribunal under 12 6 2008, rejecting the Appellant's requests by the Authority to restore his sanity. There are no rules applicable to correctness appellant that had departmental representation, review or appeal action. Under the Service (Special Provisions) Ordinance 2000, action has been taken against the appellant, as the appellant has not been represented within 15 days of his communication against the defamation order dated 17 5 2002, being an individual in the corporation service. After more than two years of deferred order he is entitled to represent himself according to his pleasures, and the result was to wait more than four years. A restraining order was not passed on any representation which resulted in questions relating to the imposition of the penalty.
