MUHAMMAD MANSHA versus STATE

Article 2 (b) / Constitution 34 Constitution of Pakistan, Article (am ()) Qatil Ahmed has alleged that the houses of different persons were allegedly fired from the roof and it is impossible to identify them in such places.
