Arts 9 and 184 () The Constitutional Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court Investigating the criminal case The arrest of the applicant was that although the killers were identified but they were not arrested. According to the constitution, notices were issued to the police authorities. The Supreme Court has directed the Secretary of Interior, the Government of Pakistan to oversee the investigation and to ensure the arrest of the accused for trial, the Secretary of the Interior informed the Supreme Court that efforts are underway to extradite Pakistan to the accused from abroad. The necessary steps were already taken by the Secretary, Home Secretary to form and guide the police party to fulfill the formal process, and the inclusion of all other relevant constituencies was achieved as a result. The petition was appreciated by the Supreme Court of India.
