KHAN MUHAMMAD versus STATE

Sections 365 A / 34 and 302/34 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7 (i) (a) West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13 (d) and (e) the search of evidence and Expert statements of the prosecution witnesses, confessional statements of the accused, medical evidence and reports of criminal statements were confirmed by the prosecution witnesses on the identity of the accused, which was recovered at the accused's request.
