Regulation 39 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Petition for Civil Service Recruitment Written Examination Number of Age Reduced Candidates Who Have Received Age Reduction Under Law, Interpretation of Regional 39 of Punjab Public Service Commission Regulations, The applicants' 2000 applications for a post were rejected on the basis that the applicants had already unsuccessfully obtained three chances of appearing in the written examination. It was stated that the applicants had argued that they were entitled to another opportunity in accordance with Punjab Public Service Regulation 39. Commission Regulations, held by the Punjab Public Service Commission Regulations, Regular 39, provided for two different sets of candidates, one on the date of application. And others, who were older but were allowed age relaxation under the law, had, in the present case, had three opportunities to attend the written examinations. And now that he is older, it is claimed that he is still entitled to another opportunity, which was likely available to candidates under the Punjab Public Service Commission Regulations, Regulation 39 of 2000. For candidates of the second such category, only the candidates deal with it. Previously those who did not sit the exam and were over the age limit and if such candidates were given relaxation in age, they could only have the opportunity to sit in a written test, Punjab Public Service Commission Regulations, 2000 Under Regulation 39, candidates older than age were not included in the category and candidates who had already failed written exams in the age group
