Since the appointment was made on false / fraudulent documents, the appellant was not dismissed by any written order but not only the showcase notice was issued to the appellant but also detailed inquiry was not made in the case which the appellant. The recipient continued to receive salary. For less than nine years, when a decade had passed in his service, without question, he had acquired a very valuable right and if at that stage and his age was removed from his job. So, he could never get such a job. In addition, for a variety of reasons, including the appellant's dismissal order, it was invalidated and was not subject to any restriction by the appellant without any jurisdiction. In view of the petitioner's dismissal order no time will be upheld. His long relentless service had acquired a valuable right; no fault was shown by the appellant, but it was entirely up to the authorities, who were either so veiled, in the appellant's alleged irregularities. For more than 9 years or in a deep sleep, authorities were instructed to remove the appellant from the job.
