Section 24 (4) of the Punjab Rented Premises Act, 2009 was compulsory and tenant, in the circumstances, there was no certificate of default of the Rent Tribunal for payment of rent. Option to approve the invalid option and the removal request was not identified in the judgment passed by the courts below the constitutional request.
