Article 199 Constitutional Application Admission to Medical College Standards, Non-Completion of Applicants The first year was studying in MBBS and their admissions were canceled on the basis that their results were rejected by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and the University of Health. Acceptance was not accepted by the sciences. Medical colleges admission test (MCAT) was conducted by the NTS, rather than because the applicants took the National Aptitude Test (NATM) taken by NTSNAT, Pakistan Medical and It was not recognized by the Dental Council because it was a monthly test and was not ready for admission. Applicants in medical / dental educational institutions did not meet the basic eligibility criteria for admission to medical college, as officials have stated that applicants were only granted "temporary" admission which confirms their former status. And subject to registration with the Authority so applicants cannot claim. Getting a Justified Right to Continue Their studies at Medical College have failed to identify any jurisdictional error, nor has it been shown that the authorities' decision was misleading or the Hon'ble High Court in the matter.
