SHANDAR PETROLEUM/CNG versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN THROUGH MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM

Arts 158 and 172 Islamabad Capital Territory (Administration) Order (18 of 1980), Article 2 Natural gas, is preferred for a province to meet its needs with such headquarters in its area, and other provinces ( Provinces). Or, a preference given to a province referred to in Article 158 of the Constitution of the Islamabad Capital Territory Judgment cannot be given to any other province or federal government despite the inclusion of Article 3 of the Constitution. The judicial verdict cannot be extended through the Constitution, but for that purpose, nothing can be added to the constitution or any other law by the judicial decision, which was intended only for the interpretation of the constitutional provisions. The executive authority of the Federal Capital could not be equal to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa because of the federal capital. This area does not mean that no article in the Constitution gave such priority to the principles of Capital Territory Islamabad.
