R4 (2) (ii) Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Applicants Recruitment Applicants were raised by applicants for certain positions in the local government under Sindh Unified Grade Service Plan that recruitment resorted to Sindh Public Service Commission only. Could only be taken by No public servants, therefore, despite the notification of 2 1 2012, the Public Service Commission's recommendation could not be made when the recruitment process was started and the interviews were done and the selection process was completed, to start the Sindh Local Government Board. The High Court directed the Sindh Local Government Board to submit recommendations after such examination or test and interview, in accordance with R4 (2) of the Sindh Council Unified Grade Service Rules, 1982.
